What is a discovery call?

A Free of Feee 30 minute Zoom call, an informal introduction to  Transformational Life Mentoring/ NLP/ Hypnotherapy. 

Your opportunity for an unconditional listener to hear where you are in life, now, and where you are considering you’d like to be.

Your chance to experience this style of  Mentoring and receive practical guidance for your immediate problem.

At the end of the call, if you are happy for me to do so,  I will be able to tell you which of the EduceToday services I believe will support your immediate and long term needs.

This is your time to meet with me and to establish the foundations for an  effective working partnership.

There is no obligation to book.

What are your Fees?

Prices are discussed at the time of the discovery call. This is because each client works at a different pace and has different priorities. EduceToday Mentoring is bespoke – prices are not reflective of cookie cutter packages.

What is a mentor and how is this different from coaching ?

A mentor is someone who is able to help you to find Your personal, unique direction in life.
A Transformational Life Mentor will assist you to identify life’s signposts to ensure that you never lose your way.
A mentor puts you in control of your journey, at your pace and shows you how to measure your progress, steer your course and to be open to new and unforeseen opportunities along the way.
Mentoring programs are designed to harness your internal and external resources, acknowledge your intuition and enable you to plan your future playing to your strengths and supporting you in those skills and areas of your life which you choose to develop or to delegate.
A performance coach will set an agreed goal and will expect you or hold you accountable to meeting it. Coaching is more resource based – if you have not the resources you will not succeed.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming the science of excellence – the art of change.

NLP is a study of communication; of our interpretation of the world around us and of how we both understand events and communicate them to others. It is the practice of understanding how a person’s experiences result from their thinking, language and behaviour. We live in the feeling of our thinking.

NLP is a valuable and powerful tool in self management and in leadership.
We create the state in which we live and external relationships mirror our internal thoughts and beliefs.

An understanding of the above enables us to be our authentic selves and to lead with authority and to retain a calm presence.

What is Hypnotherapy ?

Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective way to reduce day to day tensions and to alleviate anxieties.
For longer term problems, between one and three sessions are needed to see lifelong, effective change.
It is a natural, non-invasive method of engaging with the subconscious mind to remedy physical pain, insomnia – type 2, loss of confidence, anxiety, low mood and unwanted behaviors (blushing, nail biting, phobias).
If you are unsure if it is suitable for your block to flow then please ask at the Discovery call how Hypnotherapy may help you to regain a restful sleep with no recurring nightmares or prevent you from dreading tomorrow or the time when next whatever the issue is happens.
All sessions are confidential, with change and progress often created in the first session. Hypnotherapy Sessions are content free.
